We Are a Covid-safe Venue

We were absolutely delighted lately to receive a letter from a hirer personally thanking us at the centre for all we have done to ensure the venue remains Covid-safe day in day out. As a second wave of cases comes into our lives here in the UK, we at the centre are as dedicated as ever to ensuring the venue and our visitors remain as safe as possible.

Here is what you can expect from us:

  • We doubled our professional cleaning time within the centre, as well as staff and hirers cleaning touch points even more regularly.
  • We have clear signage throughout the centre. This includes a QR code on entry to check into the centre using the ‘Track and Trace’ app.
  • We do not permit members of the public into the centre (over the age of 11) without a mask for the safety of our other visitors.
  • We ensure people are sanitising their hands as they enter the centre, before they touch anything else.
  • We have put markers down in the rooms at 2 metres apart to aid social distancing, and we help ensure safe queueing in and out of the centre. We have worked with our hirers to communicate safe room capacities and layouts.
  • We have a trained member of staff on shift during opening hours to answer queries and enforce all our procedures.
  • We stay up to date with any new adjustments to government guidelines so that we can communicate to our hirers and visitors clearly, whilst putting any changes into place promptly.

From myself and the whole team here at Beaulieu Community Centre, thank you for your continued cooperation and we look forward to seeing you soon.
